それぞれのふたり 萩原朔美と榎本了壱（世田谷美術館） Two Individuals: Hagiwara Sakumi and Enomoto Ryoichi (Setagaya Art Museum)

この2人のことは寡聞にもこれまで知らなかった。

萩原朔美は、その名前から推察できるが、詩人の萩原朔太郎の孫で、多方面にわたって活躍しているようだ。

定点観測という同じ場所や人を時間を経て撮影した作品や、ユニークなブックアートが展示されていた。

榎本了壱は、デザインやイベントのプロデュースなど、こちらも様々な分野で活躍しているとのこと。

榎本は、澁澤龍彦の『高丘親王航海記』の全文を模写し、その挿絵も描いている。その作品が全編、壁に展示されていて、その様子は壮観なものだった。

つい最近、この本を読んでいて、それをテーマにした展覧会にも行ったばかりだったので、とても興味深く見ることができ、その読書体験が甦ってきた。

『高丘親王航海記』は何とも不思議な小説だが、榎本の絵画もこれまた不思議な絵で、独自の絵画世界が表現されていた。

最後のコーナーでは、奈良原一高が澁澤龍彦へのオマージュの意を込めた写真も展示されていた。

I had never heard of these two before.

As you can guess from her name, Sakumi Hagiwara is the granddaughter of the poet Sakutaro Hagiwara, and she seems to be active in many fields.

His work, which she photographed the same places and people over time, called fixed point observation, and unique book art were exhibited.

Ryoichi Enomoto is also active in various fields such as design and event production.

Enomoto copied the entire text of Tatsuhiko Shibusawa's "Takaoka Shinno Koukaiki" and drew illustrations for it. The whole work was displayed on the wall, and the appearance was spectacular.

He recently read this book and had just been to an exhibition about it, so it was very interesting to see and the reading experience came back to me.

"Takaoka Shinno Koukaiki" is a very mysterious novel, but Enomoto's paintings are also mysterious, expressing his own unique world of painting.

In the last corner, Ikko Narahara also displayed a photograph of Tatsuhiko Shibusawa as a tribute to him.
